Liam O'Carroll was conceived in the 60s but was not born until the 70s. In 1976 he was diagnosed as partially sighted and went on to be registered blind in 1981. However, it was not until the 1990s that he could really boast of being blind.
He appeared in Desmonds and Father Ted, both winners of Best Channel 4 sitcom at the Evening Standard Awards, and recently featured in Comedy Lab and the Mastermind Doctor Who Special.
Other triumphs include inadvertently sitting between Norman Beaton and another actor, thus considerably impeding their conversation; fooling Stan Boardman into thinking he was a Scouser during a visit to the House of Commons; being escorted to the Gents by Mike Lee; meeting 70s Chelsea stars Butch Wilkins and Ian Britton and completely mixing them up; and farting into Ardle O'Hanlin's beer.
Other good reasons for hiring him are a GCSE in Pottery, an MA in Arthurian literature and the fact that he once urinated into his own face. You are in good hands.
